Mentioning members
Section titled “Mentioning members”In the body of a published note, type @ followed by a name or email to open the list of members you can mention. Pick someone to insert an @name mention; when the note is saved, they get a notification in their Inbox.
- In a regular note, you can mention members of the current workspace.
- In a restricted note, only members who can already open that note, plus admins and owners, appear in the list.
- You can’t add mentions to a personal draft, and guests can’t create or receive mentions.
- A mention that’s already saved doesn’t notify again when you edit other content. If you delete a mention and add it again, it counts as a new mention.
- Hover over a mention to see the person’s name and current workspace role. The mention itself isn’t a profile link.
