Inbox
Inbox collects notifications for your whole account. Open it from Inbox in the navigation rail; the icon shows how many notifications are unread. Notifications from all your workspaces arrive in one place.
What notifications do I get?

No notification is created in these cases:
- Sharing changes you made yourself, chats you shared, or mentioning yourself
- Changes to folder sharing (notifications are sent only when people are added, changed or removed on a note)
- Mentions already in the note: editing other content and saving again doesn’t send duplicate notifications for the same mention.
Read notifications and open content
Section titled “Read notifications and open content”Selecting a notification marks it as read, switches to the workspace that holds the content, and opens the note or agent chat.
- Mark all read: Marks every remaining notification as read.
- Show more: Loads older notifications at the bottom of the list.
If sharing was removed or access changed later, you may not be able to open the original content even though the notification is still there.
Do I also get email or push notifications?
Section titled “Do I also get email or push notifications?”Inbox notifications are not sent by email or as push notifications. Check the Inbox in the app for new notifications.
One exception: when an admin adds you in a note’s sharing settings (Some people), an email with the subject [MashNote] {이름}님이 노트를 공유했습니다 (“{name} shared a note”) is sent along with the Inbox notification. This email is always in Korean, whatever your app language.
The only other emails MashNote sends are sign-up verification emails and workspace invitation emails.
