Replay and save as a note

For a session whose report is ready, the review screen lets you step back through the board and the conversation in time order, and keep the report as a note.

When the report is ready, the processing screen switches to the review screen automatically. To come back later, select a session with the status Ready in Recent sessions on the Whiteboard.

Any member of the same workspace can open the review screen, including people who didn’t take part in the session.

From top to bottom, the review screen shows:

  1. Title: the report’s title, or Untitled session if there is none.
  2. Board picture: the board as it stood at the moment selected on the slider. Above it is the hint Move the slider to see the board at that moment. Strokes and text appear in their final form at the moment they were begun.
  3. Time slider: drag it to pick a moment. The current position is shown to its left, such as t = 12.3s. It starts at the end of the session, so you first see the finished board.
  4. Board and Transcript lists: side by side, everything that happened on the board and everything said, in time order, up to the selected moment. Each line shows the participant’s name (for speech, a speaker label such as 화자 1 or 화자 미상, which stay in Korean in the English app), the elapsed time and the content. The lists scroll to follow the slider. If nothing was transcribed, you’ll see No speech was transcribed.
  5. Report: the AI-written report, shown as raw Markdown without formatting. The Save as note button is below it.
  1. On the review screen, click Save as note below the Report.
  2. A new note is created in the workspace and opens right away.
  • The note’s title is the report’s title.
  • The note contains the report, converted to regular note blocks, followed by the image of the board at the end of the session with the caption 화이트보드 (“Whiteboard”), which stays in Korean in the English app. If no board image was saved for the session, the note contains only the report.
  • Any member of the workspace can save it, whether or not they took part in the session.
  • A session creates only one note. Once it’s saved, the button changes to Open saved note, which opens that same note.
  • If saving fails, you’ll see Could not save the note.

Only the host (the person who opened the session) or a workspace admin or the owner can delete a session.

  1. In Recent sessions on the Whiteboard, click the delete icon (Delete session) at the right of the session. Sessions you can’t delete don’t show the icon.
  2. In the Delete this session? dialog, click Delete session. To back out, click Cancel.
  • A report you already saved as a note stays as a note when the session is deleted.
  • Deleting a live session also disconnects the participants who are in it.
  • On success you’ll see Session deleted.; on failure, Could not delete the session.

Recordings are kept until the session is deleted. They aren’t removed automatically after some period. To remove recordings, delete the session.
